- Longer events need more, since the same units get more use over the day.
- Alcohol pushes the numbers up. People drink, people go more often, and a rough planning figure is closer to three units per 100 people for a longer event where drinks are served.
- Crowd mix and accessibility matter too. Plan for guests who need an accessible unit, and don't tuck the toilets so far away that nobody can find them.
